Swimming, Leander Medal, a silver award by J. Moore, swimmer battling waves to reach the shelter of a turretted building, figure shining torch from left turret, rev. wreath of oak and palm, named (Presented by the Lancashire Swimming Cups Committee to Miss E.A. Shenton, on the occasion of her Swimming 500 Yds at Salford, August 15th 1882, Alderman Swindells Oldham Presidt.), 45mm. Rim bruised on reverse at 5 o’clock, otherwise very fine; with swivel suspender and blue ribbon (£40-60)
