Athletics, Ranelagh Harriers (Founded 1881), a gold badge by Vaughton, greyhound running left, back named (Clutton Cup, 10 Miles Steeplechase, won by G.F. Crisp, 1895), hallmarked Birmingham 1895, 35 x 27mm, 18ct, 12.93g; Surrey County Athletic Championships, a silver award badge by Phillips, arms, rev. wreath, named (Youths Cross Country Championship, 1925, 1st, Epsom H., W.H. Newell), 32mm [2]. Very fine, the first very rare and with clip, ring and 18ct gold chain (£50-70)

Ranelagh Harriers, one of the oldest athletic clubs in England, is based in Richmond; the clubhouse is located behind the Dysart Arms and next to Richmond Park. First only illustrated
