S.S.
Cornwallis was a Canadian cargo liner which was torpedoed by a U-boat and damaged in the West Indies on 11 September 1942. She was subsequently torpedoed by U-1230 and sunk in the North Atlantic on 3 December 1944. Also entitled to the War Medal, Canadian issue in silver.
