Jack John McInnes (Canadian), Lance-Corporal 22438518, 12th Royal Lancers, died in hospital at Raub, Pehang, Malaya, on 30 May 1952, from gun shot wounds right side received from accidental mortar bomb explosion whilst on operations in aid of the civil powers.
