‘Edwin Percy Hewkin, Esq. Head of Sugar Shipments Section, Commercial Branch, Ministry of Shipping.’

Edwin Percy Hewkin was born in 1872 at Islington, London. He was seconded to the Admiralty for services during the Great War before resuming his career as a civil servant in the Ministry of Shipping.
