Romano-British, a bronze Aesica Brooch, mid-1st cent. AD, 35mm long by 28mm wide, upper arched bow with side knobs, crescent shaped decoration below and a fan tail leg with incised lines, semi-cylindrical wings with ribbed decoration (cf. Hattatt 289). Olive green patina, minor pitting £50-£70
