Charles I (1625-1649), Third coinage, Falconer’s second issue, Thirty Shillings, mm. large and small thistle-head on obv., horizontal f above smooth ground, rev. star of five points to left of crown, another of six points to right, 13.25g/6h (Murray 4d/c; cf. SCBI 35, 1497-8; B 39; S 5555). Very fine (£350-400)
