Mary (1542-1567), Fourth period (with Henry Darnley), Two-Thirds Ryal, 1565, mm. thistle on rev. only, 19.71g/7h (SCBI 35, 1128; cf. B 9, fig. 907; S 5426 and p.70). Reverse with crowned thistle countermark for the 1578 revaluation, nearly very fine (£450-500)
