Mary (1542-1567), First period, Testoon, type II, 1555, 6.89g/2h (SCBI 35, 1004; B 2, fig. 782; S 5402 and p.70). Obverse with crowned thistle countermark for the 1578 revaluation, some hairline scratches on reverse, otherwise very fine (£400-500)
