Robert III (1390-1406), Heavy coinage, First issue, Demy-Lion, no mm, double saltire stops on obv., rev. small closed trefoils, saltire and pellet stops, reads xpc vin/it x/pc reg/nat, 1.92g/2h (cf. SCBI 35, 530-1; B 1/–; S 5158). Small hairline crack in centre and scrape on lower trefoil, otherwise very fine, rare (£700-800)
