Edward III (1327-1377), Pre-Treaty period, Groat, series Gd, London, mm. cross 3, small trefoils on cusps except above crown, n of franc formed of small and large is, rev. ta·s, without annulet in one quarter, large annulet stops and es broken at bottom both sides, 4.50g/1h (N 1196; S 1570). Very fine (£140-160)
