Cnut (1016-1035), Quatrefoil type, Penny, Buckingham, Leofric, leofric m bvh, 1.02g/9h (Dolley, BNJ 1965, p.50, dies not listed; BEH –; cf. SCBI Copenhagen 121; N 781; S 1157). Obverse with hairline surface crack in centre, otherwise good very fine, very rare of this mint, the signature not recorded by Hildebrand (£1,800-2,000)
