Early Anglo-Saxon Period, Ultra-Crondall types (c 620-655), Thrymsa, ‘York’ type, kite shaped device with cross each side on and above a grid, rev. cross, blundered legend within beaded circles around, 1.35g/12h (M 76, same obv. die; N 27; S 762). Reverse off-centre, otherwise extremely fine, extremely rare (£3,000-3,500)
