Charles I (1625-1649), Oxford mint, Halfcrown, 1643, mm. plume on obv. only, Oxford horseman, no groundline, Oxford plume behind, rev. group of four pellets before legend, Declaration in two lines, three Oxford plumes and mark of value above, date below, 15.25g/2h (Bull 596/3a; Morr. A-3; SCBI Brooker 883, same obv. die; N 2413; S 2954). A little double-struck on both sides, otherwise very fine £600-£800
