Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Shilling, Gp D, type 3.1, mm. portcullis, reads chriso, 5.83g/7h (Sharp D4/1; cf. SCBI Brooker 481; N 2223; S 2789). Edge a little ragged with some corrosion, otherwise good fine or better, the error rare £100-£150
