Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Halfgroats (2), both Gp A, type 1, mm. cross Calvary, inner circle on both sides, 1.02g/6h, type 1a, mm. anchor (inverted on rev.), no inner circles, 1.20g/3h (N 2248; S 2822-3); together with a Pattern Halfgroat in silver by N. Briot [3]. First two nearly very fine and scarce, last about fine £120-£150
