British Ornithologists’ Union, Golden Jubilee, 1908, a gold award medal by J.A. Restall, Egyptian ibis by the Nile at sunrise, distant pyramid and further birds atop temple ruin at right, rev. legend, named (Presented to Wilfrid Hudleston Hudleston M.A., F.R.S., one of the Founders), hallmarked Birmingham 1908, 22ct, 54.65g, 52mm. Brilliant mint state; in black fitted case of issue, extremely rare (£600-700)
