XIV: Seals by Simon, Court of the Upper Bench (or Court of Common Pleas) of Ireland, 1655, a cast lead uniface Counterseal (reverse), similar, 84mm, 153.49g (Nathanson p.22; Henfrey p.216 and pl. vi, 14; Vertue xxv; Platt I, p.307; Birch 17351). Considered to be a proof impression from the die, very fine; pierced at top for suspension £400-£500
