Christopher Wharton started his career designing and making jewellery in his father’s watchmaker’s shop in St Albans, at the age of 23, having completed his training in the early 1970s with a leading London goldsmith and designer. The independent family-run business in St Albans has now been established for over 50 years, and is run by Christopher and his son Sam.
