George Frederick Parker attested for the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers on 9 August 2006, and served with the 72 Company, 7th Battalion, R.E.M.E. in Afghanistan as an Apache Helicopter Technician from May to September 2010. He was discharged on 20 August 2011.
