Henry V (1413-1422), Groat, class B, mm. pierced cross with central pellet, ‘scowling’ bust, fleurs above crown, quatrefoil after henric, saltire and double saltire stops, rev. double saltire stops, 3.75g/7h (Harris B1, die 2/–; N 1386; S 1762, this coin illustrated). A few hairlines on bust, legends slightly corroded and tooled (obv. 7-9 o’clock, rev. 8-10 o’clock), otherwise good very fine and toned, very rare (£700-800)
