Eric Norman Stanley Young was born in Hammersmith, London in 1920 and served with the 3rd Field Regiment, Royal Artillery during the Second World War. He was killed in action at Larino, Italy on 27 October 1943. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Cassino Memorial, Italy.
