Wedgwood Esq), both 51mm; Brighton, Brighton School, Turrell Memorial Prize, a copper award medal by J.S. & A.B. Wyon, un-named, 46mm, Brighton Proprietary School, Good Conduct, a bronze award medal, named (Midsummer, Alfred Agate, 1879), 44mm, Brighton Grammar School, bronze award medals by Pinches (2), named (T. Bray, Punctuality, Midsummer 1897; T. Bray, Good Conduct, Midsummer 1897), both 51mm; Chichester, Chichester Grammar School, an engraved silver award medal, named (1910, Alfred G. Norris), 47mm; West Sussex County Council, a silver pocket watch by A.G. Rendell, inscribed inside (Five Years Perfect Attendance, 1908), hallmarked London 1908, 35mm (FKS p.80, for another); together with other school awards in white metal (4) [12]. The Chichester medal is sold with a note in a contemporary hand, reading “Chichester Grammar School. Christmas 1910. Medal given by Headmaster, Mr A. Schneider, for pupil top of the Christmas Exams, and presented by the Mayor of Chichester, G.G. Turnbull Esq, at the Annual Prize Distribution on December 17”
