Welsh Society of Dyfed, an engraved silver-gilt award medal composed of two plates united within a scrolled rim, castle ruins in country setting, rev. named (Anrheg Cymdeithas Gynroaidd Dyfed I Ioan Tegid am ei Englynion Buddugol ar ‘Syr Gruffydd ab Nicolas a theulu Dinefwr’ wrth Orsedd Caefyrddin Alban Elfed 1823), hallmarked London 1823, 77mm. Extremely fine and very rare; with matching scroll clip and ring for suspension (£300-350)
