Opening of the Grand Junction Railway, 1837, a white metal medal by T. Halliday, façade of the railway station at Liverpool, rev. viaduct leading into Birmingham, with the city beyond, 48mm (BHM 1789; E 1302; Moyaux 11 bis; Taylor 113a; cf. Swan 32). Several surface marks and reverse with some spotting, about extremely fine (£40-60)
