Australia, Sydney, Hogarth, Erichsen & Co, ‘Aborigine’ Threepence, 1860, kangeroo and emu under bush, remembrance australia, rev. Aborigine walking right, edge plain, 16mm, 2.35g/12h (A 692; Heyde R44; KM. Tn 119). Obverse about very fine, reverse better but with small surface metal fault in centre, of the highest rarity, very few specimens known (£3,000-4,000)

Provenance:
Found recently in an old collection in Chile.
