Robert III (1390-1406), Groat, Edinburgh, mm. cross pattée, tressure of seven arcs, trefoil of pellets on cusps except at top, stops of three pellets, rev. reads atvrms, double saltire stops, 2.69g/1h (SCBI 35, 535-9; B 4, fig. 344; S 5164). Striking split at 3 o’clock, very fine (£150-180)
