Provincial Bank of Ireland Ltd, a group of £5 proofs from the 1954-1965 issue, the first: a specimen/proof dated 5 July 1961, serial number DN 000000, Shaw signature, second: two proofs stapled together, one with obverse and reverse fully printed, the other a partial proof, obverse green underprint, reverse as issued, third: a preliminary printers proof, showing the obverse litho underprint, uniface, on large format paper, with numerous printers annotations, the first with a mixture of dirt and smudged ink across face of note, about very fine, second: the fully printed proof extremely fine, the partial proof good very fine to about extremely fine, third good very fine (3 pieces)
