Middlesex (Metropolitan), Irongate [St Katharine’s], I.M.C. the fovntin tavern, Farthing, 1651, 1.01g/6h (N 8257; D 1536A); Irongate Stairs, R[ichard] C[udworth], Halfpenny, 1664, 2.49g/6h (N 8259; BW. 1537), Nathaniel Walton, Halfpenny, 1.54g/6h (N 8260, this piece noted; D –) [3]. Second on a bar end with piece of flan missing, otherwise good very fine, obverse with a hint of original colour, others about fine, N 8257 with ‘river’ patina, all rare, especially the last £180-£220
