Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Halfcrown, Gp III, type 3a2, mm. triangle (over anchor over tun on obv., over tun on rev.), late third horseman, 15.14g/10h (Bull 355/23 (4-39), this coin; cf. SCBI Brooker 349; N 2211; S 2775). A little weak, otherwise about very fine and lightly toned, the sequence of overmarks unusual £150-£180
