A Fine Third Reich Iron Desk Ornament, dimensions of base 165mm by 100mm, this being of rectangular form, and surmounted by an eagle with outstretched wings, grasping a wreath and Swastica within it’s claws, the curving top decorated with applied silver laurel sprays, two coats of arms and two profile heads, the first wearing a Nazi peak cap and the other a stalhelm, top of base additionally inset with 24 red stones, the edge of which is finely chased with oakleaves and acorns, overall height 135mm, signs of old polishing, otherwise in very good condition and a handsome piece £400-500
