1939-45 Star; Atlantic Star; Africa Star; Italy Star; Defence and War Medals, unnamed, mounted as worn, very fine (6) £60-80

With a Commando Service Certificate named to the recipient stating ‘Served in the Commandos from September 1943 until 19th October 1945’. Also with a quantity of newspaper cuttings some relating to commando actions: St. Nazaire, Dieppe, etc; together with Army Prayer Book, Combined Operations Assault Brigade Planning Pamphlet, sundry photographs and postcards. Together with medal forwarding slip, an additional Defence Medal, sundry buttons, metal and cloth badges, cap tally and a lighter made from shell casing bearing Royal Corps of Signals badge.
