Army of India 1799-1826, 1 clasp, Ava (R. Cripps, Eur. Regt.) short hyphen reverse, officially impressed naming; India General Service 1854-95, 1 clasp, Pegu (Serjt. Robt. Cripps, 1st Madras Fusrs.); Honourable East India Company M.S.M., V.R. (Sergeant Robert Cripps, 1st Madras Fusiliers 14th December 1849) edge bruising and contact marks, otherwise nearly very fine and probably a unique combination (3) £1200-1500

M.S.M. announced in GOCC No. 468 of 1849, dated Fort William, 14 December 1849, together with an annuity of £11. Sold with copies of rolls for all three medals.
