Wesley McClelland was born in Derryloran, Cookstown and enlisted at Cookstown. Serving with the North Irish Horse, he entered the France / Flanders theatre of war on 17 August 1914. he was killed in action, France/Flanders, 16 August 1918. At the time of his death his service number was ‘71062’.
