Charles I (1625-1649), Newark, Shilling, 1646, smaller jewelled crown, 10 pearls either side of orb, reads newark, 5.56g/12h (Hird 255-9 and SCBI Brooker 1225, same dies; N 2640; S 3143). Cleaned in the past, otherwise about extremely fine £1,500-£2,000
