Anglo-Gallic, Léopard d’or, second issue, mm. cross pattée, small crown, rev. beaded inner tressure, quatrefoils in spandrels, 4.22g/2h (Elias 38a [not in Sale]). Slightly creased and scratched by leopard’s hind legs, otherwise nearly extremely fine, very rare (£2,000-2,500)
