Cnut (1016-1035), Penny, Leofinc, lifinc: on ret[–], pellet in each spandrel, obv. reads cnvt rex anglor, legend starting at 12h and drapery radiating from brooch, 0.97g/9h (Blackburn & Lyon, London B; BEH –; FEJ 360, this coin; N 781; S 1157). A trifle flat at top of reverse, otherwise good very fine with an excellent portrait, very rare (£300-350)
