Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 2 clasps, Tugela Heights, Relief of Ladysmith (4863 Pte. T. Collins, Durham Lt. Infy.) edge bruising, slight scratch to obverse right field, very fine £120-160

Private T. Collins was wounded at Ladysmith on 24 February 1900 whilst serving with the 1st Battalion. He died of enteric fever on 4 April 1900 at Mooi River.
