Frederick Lee was born in Leeds, Yorkshire and attested for the Grenadier Guards in 1866, aged 24 years. He transferred to the Army Hospital Corps in 1882. Discharged in 1887 as a consequence of the termination of his second period of engagement. Sold with some service details. Was entitled to the Army L.S.& G.C.
