Henry Robert Hoskins was born in Bournemouth and enlisted at Southend-on-Sea. Serving with the 1st Battalion Essex Regiment, he was killed in action, France / Flanders, 2 December 1916. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France. Sold with details of his death.
