Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Leaf-Trefoil issue, Groat, class B, London, mm. crosses IIIb/V, no leaf on breast, leaf before lon, trefoil of pellets after don, s over misplaced s in tas, 3.77g/1h (Whitton 26b; N 1486; S 1898). Slightly buckled and an edge crack at 5 o’clock, otherwise good very fine, toned £150-£180
