Charles I (1625-1649), York mint, Halfcrown, Gp 2 [type 7], mm. lion, horse with tail between legs, ebor below, crowned oval shield, 14.65g/12h (Bull 561; Besly 2F; SCBI Brooker 1086; N 2315; S 2869). Small dent on horse’s leg, otherwise very fine, toned £500-£600
