Early Anglo-Saxon Period, Sceatta, Continental series E, porcupine-like figure enclosing four strokes, a pellet and v, rev. debased standard containing vico, 1.29g/10h (Abramson 88-10; N 45; S 790A); together with similar Sceattas (2), different varieties (one SCBI Mack 332, this coin) [3]. Very fine or better, last apparently base £200-£260
