Numismatists Tokens and Ephemera, DEVON, County series, William Upcott, Twopence, 1801, a bronzed restrike by W.J. Taylor from the same dies as previous but in their final state, edge plain, 35.15g/12h (D 21; Spink 51, 263, this piece). A late striking with ship clear of sea on obverse, flaws on lighthouse and in legend on reverse, extremely fine and very rare £300-£400
