James I (1603-1625), Second coinage, Double Crown, mm. plain cross (over crescent on rev.), fifth bust variety, 4.31g/2h (cf. Schneider 41; N 2089; S 2623). Better than very fine but lightly worked in field behind head, very rare £1,500-£1,800
