Temoseyo Mulondo appears on a list of chiefs submitted in late July 1899 by Colonel J. R. L. MacDonald, senior officer in the first run-in with the Sudanese mutineers at Lubwa’s Fort in the previous year (P.R.O. WO 100/90 refers).
