92nd Gordon Highlanders Officer’s Full Dress Dirk, the 30 cm etched blade with ribbed back edge and single fuller displays the regimental title and number Sphinx/Egypt and battle honours to Waterloo, the bog oak handle with silver pins, the decorative bulbous top with facetted stone mount, the black leather scabbard bears Sphinx/Egypt over 92 on the top chape, thistle sprays on the lower mounts, the companion knife and fork with bog oak handles and facetted stone top mounts, the metal work is unmarked but appears to be silver, the dirk blade with surface rust overall and similar on the knife and fork otherwise good condition for age £1,200-£1,600
