Mehta Disoensary & Out-Patients Ward and The Naval M. Mehta Tuberculosis Ward Cantonment General Hospital Poona Built And Equipped At A cost of Rs. 25,000 Khan Bahadur M. N. Mehta M.B.E. And Opened By Major General J. M. Sloan, C.B., C.M.G., D.S.O., D.D.M.S. Southern Command on 14th September 1928’, stamped with maker’s mark ‘MVP’ and contained in its purple velvet M. V.
