A German Third Reich Goblet of Honour for Outstanding Achievement in the Air War, a very fine example of the goblet produced in the Alpaka material by Josef Wagner & Son, awarded to Leutnant Eduard Betzler who was a member of the 5th Staffel of Reconnaissance Squadron 122. Date of award ‘16th November 1942. Excellent condition with all of its original hand beaten finish in place. The base, which can normally be distorted through damage is in perfect form. Marked to the upper inner base ‘Feinsilber Alpaka’ followed by the maker of ‘Josef Wagner & Sohne.’, very good condition £3,000-£4,000
