George I (1714-1727), Guinea, 1714, Prince Elector type, first bust right, rev. cruciform shields with star of the Garter in centre and sceptres in angles (MCE 245; S 3628). Scatched in front of forehead and on reverse below lvn, pr and in shield with Irish arms, otherwise extremely fine with much brilliance (£2,000-2,500)
